About the ÖKOPROFIT® project
ÖKOPROFIT® is a consulting service for companies and organizations of all types and sizes in the Mettmann district. It aims to lower operating costs by reducing energy and resource consumption, thereby reducing the burden on the environment at the same time.
This means that anyone who optimizes their business can intelligently save electricity, heating, waste and water. Regardless of whether it is a manufacturing company or service provider, a craft business or a social institution - it is worthwhile for almost every company.
In the consulting and qualification program, experienced environmental consultants support the companies in workshops and individual company consultations. At the end of the program, which lasts around one year, the company receives the high-profile "ÖKOPROFIT® certified company" award.Project sponsor
The district of Mettmann is responsible for project management, funded by the state of NRW.
