Action days "Hilden: Different Together

As in previous years, portraits of people in our city will continue to be published on the city of Hilden's social media channels (facebook and instagram), reflecting the diversity in our city.

Flea market for children and families in the inclusive daycare center "Ellen-Wiederhold". A special focus of the flea markets of the leisure community is basically the possibility to address families who were previously unable to organize a flea market booth or visit a flea market due to physical or mental handicaps.

With the support of the Rotary Club of Hilden and the Friends of the Senior Center, the Hilden Music School has been successfully running the "Magic Harp" project for several years now, in which residents of the Erikaweg Senior Center make music together on table harps. Admission is free.

All citizens of our city, with and without disabilities, are invited to participate in the further development and design of a common city in which everyone with their individual differences can feel comfortable, secure and at home. The music school, the city library, the area of fine arts as well as also the city archive have joined forces with the youth promotion. Within the framework of the festival, children and young people will be able to create and experience music by students of the music school and also try out various cultural offerings. Of course, physical well-being will also be provided.

"Fitness for all - We play like in the circus" - Exercise for all ages with the Mobile Join-in Circus Hilden, in the City Park Hilden, between the kiosk and the pond - access via Hofstraße.

Addiction is a social issue and concerns us all. What addiction actually is and who is affected by it is revealed by the youth club of the SPE Mühle in cooperation with the addiction support Hilden. Addiction is not taboo and may be discussed, because it can affect anyone and everyone. In addition, the results of the preceding project week are presented to the citizens of Hilden

"Nordlichter" opens its doors to interested parents, families, citizens and citizens to present their premises, the team and the inclusion concept to early childhood education and support.

The neighborhood centers invite all generations to join in the singing action. Together we want to set a sign for diversity in Hilden.

The UN Convention on the Rights of All Children and the associated annual celebration of World Children's Day have been celebrated for years with a playful festival at the adventure playground. As last year, the games are designed to be inclusive, so that children with and without handicaps can use the open play areas.

Music connects us all. Everyone has a song that he/she especially likes, a song that has accompanied you in hard and good times. In this theater project we would like to create different theater scenes with your songs. You may give free rein to your creativity. We will do exercises in speech, movement, improvisation and musical theater. At the end of our three-day workshop, you will be allowed to present your own theater piece. This afternoon concert in the senior center Erikaweg, the orchestra "VIELfaltKLANG" (the name says it all...), the "Zauberharfen" groups (with residents of the senior center) and another ensemble of the music school.

The concert is open to the public with free admission.
