Documents required for the online form
You will need the following documents to complete the online form:

• a traveling trade license or a business registration for a standing trade
  
• for original enterprises a corresponding proof of the tax office
  
• a picture of the sales stand/vending cart with size information (length, depth, height in meters)
  
• a precise description of the goods to be offered for sale

Once these documents have been submitted, it will be checked in a timely manner whether the trader can be offered a stand space. Depending on the number of applications, there may be a waiting list.

Fees:
The fees for the stand space are based on the applicable fee regulations. The amount also depends on the size of the required area and the number of market days requested/used. The statutes can be found in the local law of the City of Hilden under Public Safety and Order.

Please note: "Flying traders" must carry an EC card to pay the stand fees (no cash payment possible).
