Information event solar consulting campaign - POSTPONED

The city of Hilden is launching another advisory campaign to make it easier for homeowners to start using solar energy. On behalf of and at the expense of the city, they can receive one of 60 independent, individual online consultations with precise planning for photovoltaic systems from the city's cooperation partner SolarHub. The basis for this is the data from a drone flight that took place at the beginning of the year.

The consultation phase is expected to begin in September 2025 with an information event at the Bürgerhaus, Mittelstraße 40. These are some of the topics on the agenda:

• Market overview & framework conditions: Current VAT regulations, feed-in tariffs & Co.
• Legal developments explained clearly: What does the new Solar Peak Act mean in concrete terms for homeowners?
• Live configuration of an energy system: using a real example, a specialist shows what individual planning looks like - from planning a rooftop PV system to the storage tank and heat pump

In the first step, 60 free consultations (by telephone / video conference) worth 130 euros each are available to private homeowners. These include a detailed analysis of the roof and manufacturer-independent planning. With these documents, homeowners can obtain suitable and comparable offers from solar installers in the region.
