For over 20 years, our 100-year-old family business has been a permanent fixture at Hilden's weekly market. We offer fresh produce every Saturday. The heart of our business is the mill wheel of the only remaining grain mill in the Eifel, whose traditional turning produces our flour directly on site. We use grain from our region. Our Prümtaler mixed rye bread, which consists of 60% high-quality rye flour and impresses with its unique freshness and quality, is particularly popular.
