For over 30 years, I have been at the weekly market in Hilden on Wednesdays with my family business.
I offer pork, beef, lamb and veal - all from my own slaughter and production. I offer fresh meat for Christmas dinner, which I will be happy to vacuum-seal for you. This means you can store it for 2-3 weeks.
Quality and tradition are my top priorities and I am happy to provide my customers with fresh meat.
