I have been at the weekly market in Hilden on Saturdays since around 1994, now in the second generation.
I offer you a fine selection of cheeses produced according to traditional Dutch ripening methods. Particularly popular are our Kleekäse, Proosdij and the classic medium-aged Gouda with 6 months ripening time.
All cheeses are characterized by their unmistakable taste and top quality - a delight for all cheese lovers!
