I've been at the market with "Potatoes and Onions" for 20 years, always on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
As a young man from Bochum and a passionate Schalke fan, I only offer potatoes from German farmers from the Lüneburg Heath. During asparagus season, I am delighted to bring the first fresh potatoes of the year from the Palatinate. The blue potatoes are also particularly popular, but my absolute favorite variety is the "Laura".
I enjoy supplying my customers with high-quality, regional products.
