Horse sausage - Christian Heift

For 18 years I have been represented at the Hilden weekly market with my horse sausage, and for 10 years I have personally taken over the stall.
I'm there on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and I also open my yard sale on Fridays (Grünstraße 3 in Hilden).
My pepper bites are particularly popular, and I could eat the horse sausage myself every day - the quality speaks for itself. I look forward to every visit!
