Since 2010 I have been represented with Tillmanns Fisch und Feinkost at the weekly market in Hilden, always on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
I serve fresh fish from all over Europe, delicious fried fish and homemade salads - the mayonnaise is of course also homemade. I am particularly proud of my own smoked fish, which always goes down well with customers.
