    In many residential complexes, there is great potential for saving energy and costs. At the same time, condominiums face particular challenges: technical issues, coordination between owners and legal requirements.

    VZ NRW's independent energy advice for condominiums provides clarity - clearly explained, technically sound and individually tailored to your property.

    This is how it works:

    An experienced energy consultant will contact you within 2 to 3 weeks - often much faster.

  • Energy consulting procedure for WEG

    Step 1: Video consultation & topic definition

    The advisory board or property management clarify the initial situation together with the energy consultant and define the focal points, e.g:

    • Building services & power consumption
    • Building envelope & refurbishment
    • Heating replacement
    • Photovoltaics

    Step 2: On-site appointment with analysis

    An energy consultant will visit your residential complex, analyze the situation on site and then draw up a detailed report with specific recommendations for action.

    Step 3: Debriefing (optional)

    If desired, the results can be discussed in detail with the advisory board or property management.

    Step 4: Presentation at the WEG meeting (optional)

    If required, the results are presented directly at your owners' meeting - comprehensible, compact and solution-oriented.
