Become a partner for the "Ehrenamtskarte NRW" - benefit for your business and our city
Our city would like to show greater appreciation for people who have been involved in voluntary work for many years. The NRW volunteer card is an important tool for this: it offers volunteers discounts with participating partners throughout North Rhine-Westphalia and directly on site in Hilden.
In order to strengthen this offer, we, the Mayor's Office of the City of Hilden, are looking for local partners from retail, gastronomy, services, culture or online who are willing to give holders of the volunteer card an advantage - for example a percentage discount, a little extra or special conditions.
Your benefits as a partner company
As a participating partner company, you benefit on several levels:
- They visibly demonstrate social responsibility and support volunteer work in our city.
- They gain a particularly loyal target group - committed citizens who are often well networked and actively pass on recommendations.
- Particularly attractive: cardholders from outside NRW can also take advantage of your benefits. As the information is available throughout NRW, your reach increases considerably and you reach additional potential customers from the entire region.
- Your company is named by the city as an official partner of the volunteer card (e.g. on the city's website, in flyers, in press and social media activities).
- You increase your presence in the local area without high advertising costs: the benefit offered is also your "entry ticket" to communication about the volunteer card.
What participation can look like
The design of your offer is flexible and customizable, for example:
- Fixed discount (e.g. 10% on the range or certain product groups).
- A specific extra (e.g. "free coffee with cake", "small gift from a certain purchase value")
- Discounted tickets or admissions (e.g. cultural, leisure or online offers).
- The only important thing is that the benefit is permanent and clearly recognizable to cardholders.
- The volunteer card is shown when paying or booking; there should be no additional administrative work for you.
Our support for you
The Mayor's Office of the City of Hilden will support you with the implementation:
- Inclusion of your business in the official overview of all participating partners (online in the NRW-wide database (https://www.engagiert-in-nrw.de/ehrensache], as well as on a website of the city of Hilden and, if available, in printed materials).
- Provision of a sign / sticker ("Wir machen mit: Ehrenamtskarte NRW") that you can affix in a clearly visible position.
- Provision of short text modules and graphics for your own website, social media channels or newsletters.
