Internship
Hilden City Library offers a wide range of internship opportunities for students, school pupils and anyone wishing to gain valuable experience.
Internship inquiries can only be sent by email to stadtbibliothek@hilden.de. The first message should initially be limited to the availability of a place in the desired period.
Important: A lead time of at least 5 weeks is necessary for the organization. Unfortunately, applications received later than this cannot be considered.
In the event of a positive response, please send the following application documents by e-mail:
- Cover letter
- CV
- Last school or work certificate
- Details of the school or university
- Confirmation of insurance cover from the school
Interested parties will receive a data protection declaration from the city of Hilden, which must be signed before a final commitment is made.
Voluntary work
We offer the opportunity to volunteer in the everyday life of the library. If you are interested in supporting us with various tasks and actively contributing to the community, you are very welcome to join us.
