Information on registering on the electoral roll for the Bundestag elections on 23.02.2025

Dear citizen,

The election to the 21st German Bundestag will take place on February 23, 2025.

As you have moved your main residence to Hilden after the deadline for compiling the electoral roll, you are still entered in the electoral roll of the town in which you previously had your main residence.

If you wish to be entered in the Hilden electoral roll in order to be able to vote in Hilden, a corresponding application must be submitted to the Electoral Office of the City of Hilden, Am Rathaus 1, 40721 Hilden, in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Electoral Regulations and must be received there by 02.02.2025 at the latest.

The application must contain your surname, first name, date of birth and Hilden address and be signed by you.

A corresponding application form can be found on the back of this information letter.

In addition to submitting the application by post, it is also possible to submit the application in person at the electoral office (address: Am Rathaus 1, 40721 Hilden).
