HANA is a meeting place for women with and without refugee experience. Here they can arrive, feel safe and experience community. The offer is implemented by the Asylum Department in cooperation with the Equal Opportunities Office of the City of Hilden and is financially supported by the Rotary Club Hilden-Haan Foundation.
The name "Hana" has a positive meaning in many languages - including happiness, unity, energy and flourishing. It stands for cultural diversity and for the unifying togetherness that the women's meeting place aims to promote.
HANA sees itself as a growing project. The content and focus are developed further together with the participants - including residents from municipal accommodation. Your own ideas and wishes are expressly welcome.
