Every third Thursday of the month from 13:00-16:00, the energy advice service of the NRW consumer advice center advises Hilden residents on topics such as electricity consumption, heating technology, insulation and renewable energies as well as funding opportunities.
The dates for 2026 have been set:
January 15, February 19, March 19, April 16, May 21, June 18, July 16, August 20, September 17, October 15, November 19 and December 17.
Reservations for the half-hour telephone (even months) or personal (odd months in room 24 of the Bürgerhaus) consultation appointments can be made by e-mail to klima@hilden.de.
In Hilden and the district of Mettmann, the NRW consumer advice center also provides various online services on energy topics:
