Bread & baked goods - The Eifel bread specialist
I'm Thorsten Buhs and I'm proud to have been at the weekly market for over 50 years. On Wednesdays and Saturdays you will find me in my distinctive yellow cart on Nové Mesto Square. I am the second generation to offer you the original Eifel country bread, which has a particularly long shelf life and is wonderfully crispy thanks to the double baking process. The grain is ground in a historic mill in Prüm in the old-fashioned way. I would also like to highlight my French rolls, which are baked in the traditional Mediterranean style. Many other delicious products round off the gourmet range. All my baked goods are made from high-quality sourdough without baking aids, which gives them their unique taste.
